Shipping & Returns
Note that there are restrictions on some products. We ship in the United States contiguous only.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change, at any time, based on factors such as weather conditions, delivery location, product inventory, etc. If such events take place, customer will be notified.

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
All orders are shipped directly to our customers only. There is no form of customer pick up, no exceptions. Dragon Targets is an e-commerce business only.
Disclaimer on Select Products: Select products are subject to additional shipping charges, even if shipping threshold is met. Additional charges may be based on location, delivery, and/or product size.
Dragon Targets strives for customer satisfaction. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from us but if you are not, please return the merchandise PREPAID within 30 days of purchase. Any and all returned merchandise must have prior authorization. You must include a copy of your invoice and/or packing slip inside the packaging or affixed to the outside of the package. Returns must be in good uninstalled resalable condition. Merchandise must be in its original packaging if shipped to you that way. All returns must be returned PREPAID. All approval or disapproval of product returns is at the sole discretion of Dragon Targets.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service department at 866-777-2624 or via our email: email@example.com or our website. To ensure that all required information is sent, we recommended sending or attaching either your original invoice or packing slip. This helps us better assist you at completing your return. You are responsible for all return shipping costs on all non-defective merchandise. If your return item qualified for free shipping the original shipping charge incurred will be deducted from the amount of the refund. For returns of large items, you are responsible for paying the return freight and freight fees on large items can run upwards of $500.00 in some cases. Please know that if you miss your delivery appointment or you refuse or return a non-damaged item you will be responsible for any additional freight charges. Returned merchandise must be in its original box with all original packaging, parts and documents. Care must be taken to make sure the product is properly packaged to avoid transit damage.
