Order Status & Shipping
Where is my order?
You should have received an email with tracking information once your order shipped. If you haven’t seen it, be sure to check your junk or spam folder—sometimes it lands there. Still can’t find it? No worries—just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to look up your tracking number(s) for you.
I only received part of my order—where is the rest?
Some orders are shipped in multiple boxes, which may arrive at different times. You may have more than one tracking number. Feel free to contact us and we’ll help track the rest of your shipment.
I received an empty or damaged package.
We’re so sorry to hear that! Once your package leaves our facility, it’s in the hands of the carrier—but we’re here to help. Contact our customer service team and we’ll figure out what happened and start the process to get a replacement sent your way.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we don’t ship to PO Boxes. We ship via UPS and FedEx, both of which require a physical address. If a PO Box is entered during checkout, we’ll reach out to get an alternate shipping address.
Issues With Your Order
I’m missing an item from my order.
Mistake do happen along the way. Please reach out to our customer service team with your order number, invoice, a photo of what you did receive, and a photo of the condition of the box/package. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
I already placed an order—can I change or cancel it?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to it due to your payment being processed.
Contacting Us
I called and no one answered.
Our phone number is a messaging service only—we don’t have live phone support. If you leave a voicemail, we’ll call you back as soon as we can. For a faster response, we recommend using our website chat or contact form.
Can you take an order over the phone?
We’re not able to process orders or process payment by phone. All purchases must be completed through our website for security and accuracy.
Can I pick up my order from your location?
We’re am e-commerce business only and do not offer local pickup at this time. All orders are shipped directly to your address.
Promotions & Discounts
Why is there a limit on how many items I can buy during a sale?
We want as many of our customers as possible to take advantage of our deals! That’s why some promotional items have purchase limits and are marked “while supplies last.”
I didn’t receive my welcome coupon code after signing up for emails.
The code should arrive within 5–10 minutes of signing up. If it’s not in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Why didn’t my coupon code apply to everything in my cart?
Coupon codes do not apply to items already on sale, select promotional products, or shipping charges.
Product Requests
Do you make custom targets or take custom orders?
We’re not able to create custom targets or modify our existing designs. To keep production running smoothly and efficiently for all our customers, we focus only on our standard product line.
